hormones in our body get activated. This is contributed by further thickening
and lengthening of the bones through a rapid growth of human growth hormones in
our body.
Experts site the importance of a proper sleep regime to increase
height which certainly does not mean sleeping for longer hours but for the
required and appropriate hours which ranges between six to eight hours
