Grow Taller Diet: How To Maintain Grow Taller Diet?


         

Undoubtedly the type and quality of food we consume greatly affect our growth, health and height. We cannot emphasize exactly how essential the food you eat can ascertain how much you can grow. But it is for sure that the quality of food you consume will either decrease or increase your growth potential.

Eating Patterns:

·         Consume your meals or snacks atleast 2 hours before you start exercise
·         Insulin levels are its highest after big meal, and this insulin restrain the secretions of HGH which is important for your growth
·         Big meal also takes away blood from your muscles and divert the blood flow to your abdomen

Eating before exercise:

·         You can eat any forms of carbohydrates like baked potato, spaghetti, bread and jam or cereal are some good choices
·         Consume only moderate glycemic index foods to get a consistent amount of energy to your body while exercising
·         Avoid eating sugar cubes, chocolates and any other foods with high sugar content

Eating after exercise

:
·         One glass of water mixed with one glass of orange juice, ¼ tablespoon of salt are recommended after a good exercise or workout
·         However, to avoid choking, don’t drink immediately after you had fast and long run.
·         Stabilize your breath before drinking
·         You can eat any food that are high protein content mixed with some carbohydrates. The most appropriate ratio will be ¾ carbohydrate and ¼ protein

What to avoid :

·         Avoid eating meals in large quantities at one time. It is best to have small 5-7 meals per day
·         You should avoid eating during 2 hours before you go to bed. Eating just before you sleep restricts HGH release
·         Avoid foods high in sugar and saturated fats and any processed foods.
·         Avoid drinking too much of milk or water at one time
