How To Grow Taller By Stretching Your Body?



Straightening up or stretching your body may not actually help you to grow taller physically but it can make you add at least one inch to your height. Many people may not be showing their full height because of some bad bone structure issues and body positions that can actually extend to inches. So here are a few tips to look taller by straightening your body.

Grow Taller by Straightening up

·         Well, when you look at someone who is walking upright with his/her chest slightly out and shoulders slightly held back, he/she actually looks taller than he/she really is.
·         If you slouch your back, the spine muscles becomes shorter and cause you to reduce a little bit of your height.
·         You might be thinking it’s just a bit, but remember every bit can make a big difference.
·         Besides being more upright, try to do some weight lifting to strengthen the muscles of your back. This will helps you to keep your shoulders slightly held back in a more natural way

·         Stretching your body is a simple and effective way to increase your height.
·         You can grow taller by doing stretching routines and practice on a daily basis, this helps you to show your full height.
·         But when doing this stretching exercise don’t over do it for it can lead to some serious injury
·         A lot of body stretches practiced in yoga are actually helpful to grow taller
