Can a female grow tall after the age of 18?



A female can grow tall after the age of 18, but there is a very rare chance. Usually most of the females reach their ultimate height at the age of 17. But, if you haven’t yet reached that age, then you must follow these certain things, which can help you to increase your height.

How can you grow taller?

First thing that you must follow is a healthy and nutrition diet. You need to consume a lot of water, carbohydrates and protein for your muscles growth, whereas you bones need to have a lot of phosphorus, calcium and magnesium to grow. For growing tall, your both bones and muscles stretch and grow longer.

Tips you must follow to increase your height

·         Eat proper and nutritious food.
·         Have proper meals and do not skip any one of them.
·         Eat in regular and at the right time.Do not have ir-regular food habits.
·         Do not skip or forget to have your breakfast.
·         While eating, chew and taste your food properly. Do not hurry up while eating.
·         Consume a lot of raw vegetables, fruits and juices.
·         You must also consume proper amount of milk.
·         Avoid consumption of junk foods like, sodas, chips, pastries etc
·         Consume lot of water everyday. Try to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water every day.
·         Try to breathe properly. As proper breathing is very important in growing tall. Your blood should be properly oxygenated, as blood gives nourishment to the bones.
·         Have proper and good amount of sleep. Try to sleep on a good and comfortable mattress. Make sure the room you are sleeping is dark and have fresh air and smell. Sleep in comfortable and clean clothes.
